Joe Harkins was a talent agent that Angel, Iggy, Gazzy, Nudge, and Jeb met at a hotel in FANG. However, he was not seen in any of the other books.
History[]
Shortly after first walking into the bird kids' hotel room, Harkins introduced himself to Dylan and handed him his business card. He then told the partial Flock to head downstairs while he negotiated the contract with Jeb. This caused Angel to intervene, saying that Jeb wouldn't be handling their contract, though Harkins found this difficult to believe. An hour later, however, he left along with the other agents after Angel "persuaded" them into signing the contract papers.

He and the other agents were described as being very tan, as well as being casually yet nicely dressed.
